When I started training at Positive Edge in February 2009, my goals were to increase my flexibility, strength and general fitness, and to improve my balance, especially as I’d had two quite bad falls in the previous months. Nearly seven years later I’ve largely achieved these goals, and my aim now is to maintain what I’ve achieved. I’ve found Positive Edge a congenial and encouraging place to train. The trainers are responsive to my needs, and have designed exercise programs which take into account my strengths and weaknesses. One result of my training has been that earlier problems I had with back pain have greatly diminished. Another is that my general health has improved, and I get fewer colds and other minor ailments.
