TWO ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Two-on-one personal training is all about having fun and enjoying exercise with a friend or partner. You’ll both get the benefits of a highly skilled, passionate and experienced personal trainer – but at a significantly lower price per head than one-on-one training.
Training sessions last one hour and involve cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and nutritional advice. We customise the program to suit your goals and limitations but that doesn’t mean that your goals need to be the same as your training partner or that you both have to be super fit. Our trainers are able to manage two entirely different programs and fitness levels at the same time.
A lot of our clients really enjoy this way of training as it helps them motivate their partner and visa versa. It’s also a great way to catch up with a friend and both achieve amazing fitness results!
