Our trainers are all highly qualified, full-time professionals who have your goals as their goals, and who take great satisfaction in your session-by-session improvement.

They have nationally recognised qualifications, and they undergo an intensive in-house training program in our unique training methods before ever working with a client. They regularly attend seminars and lectures, keeping up to date with the research in their field and maintaining their qualifications.

In consultation with the head trainer, they work out the best way to help you reach your weight-loss, and health and fitness goals.

As we mentioned elsewhere on our website: we encourage, we don’t demand. Our qualified trainers don’t shout at you! They are polite, professional people, who have a sophisticated approach to helping you, and, who at all times, have your welfare at heart.
