Good Posture Assessment

Good posture is the foundation on which we build your new fitter, stronger and healthier body. It is therefore the most important part of your personalised posture assessment via our functional training program and an integral part of every client’s program. We look for imbalances in your body, from left to right and from back to front. You must have a well balanced, well aligned and stable foundation for your training, otherwise, as you increase the load on your body, you are susceptible to injury and your performance will not be optimal.
