Nutrition

You may think that your food choices are fairly good so why change! If your nutrition is not up to scratch your health and fitness will inevitably suffer.

There is plenty of information available about what to eat, but often one piece of information contradicts another, and much is fiction rather than fact. We have done a lot of research and information gathering for you, and from it selected proven and useful information to help you make good choices for your diet. This information is in our booklet Your Guide to Training with Positive Edge Personal Training, which we give you when you sign up to our functional training program.

But that is only half the battle! How do you apply this valuable information to your diet, given your busy life, your work and family commitments?

To help you make better food choices and bring them to your day-to-day diet, we work with you on a 7-day food diary.  We analyse it, and then get back to you with our recommendations for good eating habits.

What our clients say

A few months ago I fell, leaving me with a haunting fear of a more serious fall. I began to take hesitant steps, like old people do. Then I started to train at Positive Edge and now that fear has gone. I am dashing across roads, taking stairs two at a time. I have peace of mind and a new lease on life. And a smaller waistline!
