More About Functional Training

We offer a 12-session functional training program during which you do the same exercises at each session at an increasing level of intensity. (If exercises are changed too often, your body will always be fatigued and there will be no gain for your effort.) As your body adapts to the changes brought on by the functional exercises, you will see it change at a rate of 2% per session, which is an impressive average 25% improvement in your fitness, strength and endurance for the duration of the program.
