This will be with Mark Harper, our lead trainer and manager. He will show you around the studio, then sit down with you and discuss your health and fitness goals, particularly any specific injuries or health problems you may have. Mark may put you through some simple, non-stressful tests to establish a bench-mark. Based on this consultation, we then tailor an appropriate exercise program for you, taking into consideration any special needs. During the consultation you will be given a booklet, Your Guide to Training with Positive Edge Personal Training, with details about preparations for your first session.
