Whether it is weight loss or muscle strength that you are looking for, , whether you are young or not-so-young, Positive Edge has a program for you that is practical, efficient, and a great way to train if you don’t have much time to spare.

Your personalised training program is truly personalised. We understand that everyone is different and that your fitness and health goals, and your capacity to achieve them, are different from anyone else’s.

Our program comprises 12 sessions. The program comprises twelve sessions, which you can take at your own pace although we strongly recommend two sessions a week (three if you are impatient for results).

In each one hour session, we address all of the muscles of movement, with the flow-on benefits of aerobic fitness and muscle strength – and your goals achieved.
