Our Unique 12-Session Training Program

Our 12-session program is unique and was designed by Mark Harper, Positive Edge’s head trainer and manager.

It is a functional training program during which, for 12 sessions, you do the same exercises but at an increasing level of intensity. As your body adapts to the training stimulus, you will see big changes in your fitness,
co-ordination and endurance, not to mention your self confidence and weight loss
.

The routine is never boring: there is always the challenge of the increasing degree of difficulty and the new variation of the basic exercise. (Constantly changing the exercises only results in muscle fatigue and little gain for your effort.)
