We consult with you and your medical specialists, then decide on the appropriate course of action, taking a multi-faceted approach that ensures the best outcome.

  • First and foremost: we ensure that the problem is not exacerbated.
  • Second: we work on the naturally mobile parts of the body (ankles, hips and mid and upper back) and the stabilising parts (knees and lower back), stretching and strengthening them with specific exercises.
  • Third: we reduce the chances of the injury re-occurring by retraining the movement patterns of the body.

Our training program ensures a fitter, stronger, better functioning body, so that your injury heals faster and, before long, you will be able to say goodbye to it.
