To help you get your posture right, whatever your goals may be, we look for imbalances between the left and right side of the your body, and between the back and front. You must have a well balanced, well aligned and stable foundation before increasing the load on the body that health and fitness training brings, otherwise performance is limited and/or the chance of injury is high. Our program gets the small stabilising muscles, as well as the large functional muscles, working properly, so that we can then gradually increase the load on your body and not risk injury. The gradual implementation of load also gives us time to strengthen the supporting muscles of the core and back. In no time, you will be standing tall and straight, knowing that your posture is just right.
