At Positive Edge, we understand that at 60-plus you are more susceptible to injury; that you have limitations on movement and stamina, so we tailor our exercise programs and select equipment accordingly. Your safety and the trust you place in us is very important to us.

We also understand that the average gym is not for you. Our exclusive studio has a quiet and congenial atmosphere, where you will feel comfortable and not intimidated.

We guarantee our personal training for older adults will have you feeling stronger and fitter each time you train, and after 12 sessions, 25% stronger and fitter. And at all times you will be training with a professional and fully qualified trainer.
