Muscle strength for men

Do you look as good as you used to? Is your wife nagging you about those sagging chest muscles? Does the belt need constant adjusting? Where have the abs gone? Can you still do 20 push-ups? Ten push-ups? One? Are the kids showing you up at the park?

Our 12-session functional training program will make you look good, toned and athletic. And make your muscles strong.

It will be an overall muscle strength because our functional training program activates and trains your small, stabilising muscles as well as your large prime movement muscles. With more muscles working, you will be able to do the 20 push-ups, even more, with ease. (Commonly performed repetitive exercises do not address these critical muscles.) Our approach means that there is less chance of one muscle being overloaded and injured.

The scope of the functional training program means lots of fun exercises like chin-ups, clap push-ups and more. And as a bonus, we do complimentary belt adjustments
