At Positive Edge we believe that a child who cannot enjoy and participate in sports and playground activities is losing out on healthy physical and emotional activities, and may be heading towards an unhealthy sedentary future lifestyle.


We have exercise programs specifically aimed at fitness for kids aged between 8 and 15. Whether it is a weight problem or a fitness problem that is holding them back, we build their self confidence and soon have them happily participating in all the physical school and social activities that make them feel good about themselves.
