Cardio Fitness

We have a cardio fitness training program that will get your cardio-vascular system (your heart and lungs) to perform significantly better.

The program is in multiple stages, each 12 sessions long, and each set at challenging but achievable levels. Each stage being more challenging than the previous one, means that you will achieve a new and higher level of fitness each time you train.

This training method has been used in sports medicine for many years to help élite athletes achieve their fitness potential. We use it with equal success to help clients of any age and any previous training experience.

Please note! You don't need to be fit to start this program: it's our job to get you fit in this proven, precise and targeted way.
